Volatrio evaluations are conducted with strict confidentiality. Only the commissioning leadership team is informed. Our evaluators travel as ordinary revenue passengers using standard booking channels — they carry no identifying materials and follow no behaviors that would distinguish them from any other traveler on your aircraft.
How is Volatrio different from our existing mystery shopper program? +
Traditional mystery shopping programs assess whether staff followed a defined procedure. The Volatrio PTI framework is designed to measure something entirely different: the felt experience of the passenger — the emotional signals, cumulative friction patterns, and trust erosion moments that procedural checklists cannot capture. We measure what your passengers feel, not what your staff did.

Comparative evaluation data, where commissioned, is included in the Intelligence Report as anonymized benchmarking intelligence. How is the report delivered and who should be in the briefing? +
The Intelligence Report is delivered as a professionally designed PDF. The briefing is a 90-minute secure video call with the Volatrio analyst who conducted the evaluation. Attendees typically include VP Customer Experience, Chief Operating Officer, Head of Cabin Operations, and any senior leader with responsibility for the findings. The briefing is recorded with permission for internal distribution.
What is the minimum engagement to begin working with Volatrio? +
A pilot evaluation — one route, one cabin class — is the standard entry point. It requires no long-term commitment and is designed to demonstrate the value of the PTI framework on a route you care about before any broader engagement is discussed. Most airlines that commission a pilot evaluation proceed to a Route Intelligence Program within 90 days of receiving the first report.
